A strength training app for women that follows the menstrual cycle and every stage of life.
ELEVAS is a web application that builds monthly strength training plans for women. Each plan adjusts its guidance to the phase of the cycle you are in and changes with your stage of life: regular cycle, pregnancy, postpartum and menopause. You can train for glute development, fat loss or HYROX.
It runs in the browser, on your phone or your computer, with nothing to install. The app is at app.elevas-fitness.com and is available in Spanish and English.
The plans start from programmes designed and reviewed by a person, based on sports science literature and the methodologies of specialists. The app then adapts them to your data (training days, goal, injuries and cycle) using rules defined in advance. They are not generated by artificial intelligence.
Your exercises for the week stay the same throughout the cycle. What changes is the guidance on intensity: easy in the menstrual and late luteal phases, strong in the follicular and ovulation phase and in the early luteal phase. Each training month lasts one cycle and starts seven days before your expected period, so the two easy weeks come first and the two strong weeks close the month.
The master plan runs for a full year in four blocks: foundations and technique, strength, hypertrophy and definition. More than 250 exercises rotate through it, each with its own video and an alternative for when a machine is taken, and the plan adapts if you have an injury. Each day is grouped by equipment so you spend less time moving around the gym.
ELEVAS was created by Julia Vas, its founder, who trains with her own cycle and not against it. It is a Spanish product based in Seville. Full identification details are published in the legal notice, in Spanish.
